At Expert Immigration Advice UK, our Team understand that with Home Office fees and the associated costs for UK Visa and Settlement applications continually rising, our clients desire first-rate legal expertise with honest and flexible pricing options, when seeking professional support and guidance for their case.
Our ongoing commitment is to provide all of our clients premium quality, cost-effective UK Visa & Settlement solutions and services with fair and fully transparent fees.
Fixed Fees, Agreed with You in Advance
We offer fixed fees that are agreed with clients in advance. We appreciate the importance of our clients working within a set budget, especially when it comes to immigration matters that can be time-sensitive and complex.
Rather than quoting hourly rates or estimates, by using fixed fees we guarantee our customers that they will not incur any unforeseen legal expenses while working with us.
We recognise transparency and fair pricing helps to build trust with our clients, which is a key reason many of them choose to continue working with us throughout their immigration journey, for example their visa extension, followed by their settlement application and ultimately applying for British citizenship.
When we agree a fee with you, we expect that you will provide us all the information we need to complete the work within the expected time frame. If the very rare instance occurs where the scope of work or delivery time changes for unforeseen reasons, we will always consult you if additional fees will be required in order for us to complete the process.
VAT
Most of the fees listed on our website are exclusive of VAT. VAT at 20% will be added to our products and services where it is required by law. For example, VAT will be added where the Applicant is already in the UK and has leave to remain.

Consultation
Book a ConsultationA one-off consultation is recommended if you require detailed and/or specific legal advice for your personal immigration matter. This will be facilitated over a 25 or 45-minute phone or video call with our Senior Immigration Lawyer, for a fixed-fee of £120 or £199 (inc. VAT).
This can be done over the telephone or video link via your preferred teleconferencing application.
*Should you decide to instruct us for Full Legal Representation within 14 days of your consultation, this fee will be deducted from the fee for the Full Service.

Full Legal Representation
See Full Service Price ListFull Legal Representation is our Premium Service where Melanie Wong will take over the complete management of your case.
As no two cases are the same, our Fee to instruct Melanie to prepare and submit your visa or settlement application will be subject to the complexity of the case, work and time that will be involved.
Our professional fee for preparing and submitting a straightforward application is typically between £1,000 and £3,000. An application of medium complexity will typically cost between £3,000 and £6,000. More complex cases ranges between £6,000 and £9,000.
Factors that will affect the pricing structure include:
- The complexity of the issues in the case;
- The number of applicants, including any dependants;
- The volume and types of supporting documents required;
- The timeframe for completion of the application;
- Whether Melanie was previously instructed for an earlier initial application or extension;
- We accept payment in advance or by instalments and offer preferential rates where there are multiple main applicants, multiple dependants and for returning clients.
