Fixed Fees, Agreed with You in Advance
We offer fixed fees that are agreed with clients in advance. We appreciate the importance of our clients working within a set budget, especially when it comes to immigration matters that can be time-sensitive and complex.
Rather than quoting hourly rates or estimates, by using fixed fees we guarantee our customers that they will not incur any unforeseen legal expenses while working with us.
We recognise transparency and fair pricing helps to build trust with our clients, which is a key reason many of them choose to continue working with us throughout their immigration journey, for example their visa extension, followed by their settlement application and ultimately applying for British citizenship.
When we agree a fee with you, we expect that you will provide us all the information we need to complete the work within the expected time frame. If the very rare instance occurs where the scope of work or delivery time changes for unforeseen reasons, we will always consult you if additional fees will be required in order for us to complete the process.
VAT
Most of the fees listed on our website are exclusive of VAT. VAT at 20% will be added to our products and services where it is required by law. For example, VAT will be added where the Applicant is already in the UK and has leave to remain.
